Howdy and welcome!
As you can see, we're still building the site, but let me tell ya'll what its about, 'cause you just might want to come back and participate.
This is a site dedicated to Bikers, run by Bikers. We're not talking bicyclists or yuppies, we mean REAL Bikers - motorcyclists. Its geared for people who ride Cruiser, Touring and Custom rides that put their motorcycle miles on in the saddle, not on a barstool or a trailer. The site will show you places to go, things to check out and a variety of free services to help you plan trips, trick up your ride, share experiences with others and enjoy what being a Biker is really all about - being in the wind.
Being Texans, we'll be starting with Texas, with a video series on motorcycle touring based on the Texas Heritage Commission's 10 Texas Trails Regions, but expanded to include a lot more. We'll be filming motorcycle touring of the Regions geared for motorcycle riders who actually answer the call of the road, featuring campsites, scenic roads, points of interest and places to eat and play. Filming will begin in June and continue until........
We are also looking for some folks to help out acting as Trail Scouts to be a part of the touring series. We will compensate Scouts we film for their time and travel expenses. Since we will be covering all of Texas, it doesn't matter where in Texas you live, we'll get there eventually. What we're looking for in a Trail Scout is a person, male and/or female, or couple, who know how to road tour, preferably with 10 or more years of motorcycling experience. We want you to share your Texas motorcycle touring experiences with others, to include favorite hangouts, local points and people of interest, and good places to eat and party that are friendly to riders.
If you would like to act as a Scout, send an email with the area you wish to guide through, places you think should be covered, a description of your ride and why you think you're qualified, to:

If you just want to share your own Saddle Tramp Tale on this site as a Guide, write it out and send it (with photos if you have them) to the Trailmaster for posting. We are also interested in checking out your motorcycle touring home videos to possibly edit and post.
And we are always open to suggestions on places to check out and better ways to servicing your needs.
That's what we do, that's what this is all about. We look forward to hearing from, and serving, our Brothers and Sisters answer the Call of the Road.
Ride to live so you can live to ride.
